The Visa Bulletin has shown interesting movement in the employment based categories, especially for EB-3 category – skilled or professional workers or unskilled workers.  If the processing trend continues, there is a possibility that an employer/applicant (who Is not from India or China) can apply for residency as soon as the initial process of labor certification is approved.
