Luiza Miller is an attorney admitted to the District of Columbia Bar. She has over a decade of experience in legal immigration matters. An immigrant herself, Attorney Luiza Miller came to the United States the later part of her adolescent life. She graduated in 1998 from University of Spiru Haret in Bucharest, Romania with a degree in law. She is also a graduate of the University of Bucharest with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology (1999).
